Heavy-duty steel bollard also functions as a cigarette disposal unit. Removable top is connected to steel container for holding cigarette butts. Top is lockable with padlock (padlock not included). Includes a baked-in powder-coated toughness. Base plate includes four (4) pre-drilled installation holes with installation hardware included. Dome base is intended to hide installation bolts.
