Vestil CYL-LT-1-PN Portable Cylinder Lifter-Pneumatic Tires

This Portable Cylinder Lifter allows you to easily move and lift cylinders for placement into portable welders. Cylinder is secured to cart with manual ratchet strap. Cylinder is raised and lowered with manual hand crank cable winch. Portable with two (2) wheels. Steel construction with yellow baked-in powder-coated toughness.
