Cart rolls smoothly on non-marking solid foam filled wheels. Speed control is conveniently located in handle. Handle pivots back towards operator and includes horn, automatic brake and emergency stop. Each shelf includes a non-slip tread plate surface. Includes on-board charger and battery level indicator.
